Christmas and New Year has come and passed

It’s been a wild few weeks with Christmas and new year celebrations. Of course it was harder sticking to my training routines than I had originally planned, but I’ve got through to now ready for the first big half marathon in four weeks time. So now really is time to pull my finger out and get cracking.
